My Favorite Place in WoW

You walk into the crypt and it’s completely empty—as it should be, it’s an unfinished zone that’s existed since vanilla. There’s no mobs anywhere, and a menacing gate wards off unwanted visitors. All that remains from those who have come before are the bones and the bodies. And, if you turn on sound, there’s little to the music. There is, however, a faint heartbeat.

The most striking room is called “The Upside-Down Sinners”, pictured TOP, where corpses are strung up on meathooks. The entire room is underwater, so the corpses “hang” upside-down.

Anyway—I realized I had a lot of my old Wrath screenshots in a backup folder. Enjoy!
